Banking/Currency Exchange
All major foreign currencies and banking procedures can be negotiated at banks within the terminal. Banks are open whenever there are flight arrivals and departures.

Telephone Services
Direct Distance Dialing for international and local calls are available at various telephone booths with the terminal.

Airport Taxi Service
NAIA-accredited air-conditioned cabs are available at the Arrival area. You will be asked to pre-pay the fare at the counters located at the arrival lobby and you will be given a coupon or receipt. Ask for the official published rates. Department of Tourism-accredited air-conditioned metered taxis are also available and stationed at the far right end of the main arrival curbside.

Limousine Service
Limousine service is provided by hotels. This can be arranged with hotel representatives at the hotel reservation counter at the Arrival lobby.

Hotel Reservation
The Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines operates a counter at the Arrival lobby where you can book a hotel room or confirm your hotel reservation.

Medical Facilities
There are two clinics in the terminal ¾ one at the apron level and another at the arrival area after the Customs inspection counters. Medical services are available 24 hours daily. With advanced notice, airline personnel can assist disabled passengers from the aircraft through Immigration and Customs.
